Cancellation Policy:
- Full pre-payment with Service Charge for accommodation on all bookings is compulsory.
- Cancellation requests received 7 days before arrival will be refunded at 90% of the total billed amount.
- Cancellation requests received 3-6 days before arrival will be refunded at 75% of the total billed amount.
- Cancellation received 1-2 days before arrival, NO REFUND will be allowed.
- During the stay or upon arrival, if any part of the cancellation is requested, NO REFUND will be allowed.
